From the second I walked in to the shop, I was treated like a valued customer. There was no ‘hard sell’, and despite being a beginner, I wasn’t treated like one. I got 10% off the accessories I bought, and Barry even offered to help me get the new bike in the car. I’m really impressed by the 6 week health check that you get when purchasing a bike. Everything was explained to me really well, and I’m really pleased with the product and service I received.
