I have 3 Trek Bikes They are all great bikes.
We recently had one serviced, it had a noise problem which I was unable to resolve. On picking the bike up the noise was not resolved, but Chris kept trying different things and eventually he found a problem with the seat post and we are now peddling along silently which is great ( can’t stand a noisy bike)

Very friendly staff who are happy to answer questions and explain the answers so you can understand. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of bikes, and even when we asked a question they didn't know the answer, they helped us find an answer (this was regarding a suitable mudguard for use with a bike trailer).
Have previously purchased bikes from here (two Trek hybrid bikes and one Nukeproof Mountain Bike) and will purchase future bikes from here too.
The people working on my bike are experts and they don’t try to sell me things I don’t need.
