Our e-bikes were serviced by Trek Milton Keynes. Straight forward turn up and drop off (no booking needed) and bikes stored until date agreed. Clear contact once ready. Lloyd and the team did a fantastic job. bikes cleaned to almost new standard - even the tyres!

Super happy with the service I received. Rang up early morning to try get something on my bike sorted. Had a good chat while I was checking the bike in on the same day. I left it for a few hours and it was done, rode it the same day - all sorted. Couldn't be happier!

Was able to get a rental bike quick and easy. The bike was tuned up and in very good condition. The staff was super friendly and helpful with directions to the cycle route, would recommend to anyone wanting a bike rental on New Castle!

Took my bike in for the front wheel adjusting out of dish yes its a thing. Rim not over the center of the hub so ran to one side when in the fork. Took it in the afternoon ready same evening late night opening Thursday. Thanks.
