Very professional response to my disappointment to hear the chain had lasted such a short time. Appreciated the after sales advice to extend the life of the new chain though would have appreciated this more had I been informed at the point of sale. Delighted with the same day service though would have appreciated a more accurate estimation of time.

Personal service so rarely found these days. Time was taken to ascertain my requirements and in finding a suitable bike to meet my needs. Nothing was too much trouble and as a consequence would definitely return here for further products.
Great support and attention
Always get a great service from Cycle-Ops. They always take the trouble to explain what they've done and why they've done it. They are conscious of costs and won't do anything unless it absolutely needs doing. I never take my bikes anywhere else.

I had a chain break, called St Piran who managed to fit the replacement the morning after ( don’t count on same day service being available, but I found them incredibly helpful), fixed one other problem ( missing bolt) advised another but didn’t action it ( as I’d prefer).
Good price for the work, really happy with the quality of the repair so I could continue my holiday, highly recommended.
