Fantastic service by the online sales, ordered last minute for my daughter birthday and they managed to squeeze in the bike build at short notice and send out urgently. tried to pay for next day garateed shipping at £50 but the website then would let me select anything more than standard delivery. A quick phone call and this delivery charge was waved for the standard only selectable delivery option but then promised to get there in time.
Bike arrived the day before my Daughters birthday as promised well packaged and built ready to go other than fitting pedal and front wheels.
Both Dad and daughter very happy

I bought an Elite turbo trainer. Summit were the nearest stockist (50 miles away). Initial enquiries and ordering all by email with prompt and helpful replies. Enough rapport and trust built up that they ordered before I paid my deposit! Deposit paid over the phone..easy and positive experience. Item arrived quickly. On arrival at Summit to collect the item I was met immediately and plenty of time spent with me going through precisely what I need to do in setting up at home. This was pure added value. In my experience, Jim is the absolute standout guy from the summit team: helpful and courteous. Jim even carried the item to my car. A great experience overall. Thanks.

Bought 2 trek bikes off these guys this time 2 years ago. Came back again for 2 more trek bikes for my next 2 kids. Dealt with a guy Ciaran. Couldn’t recommend this place/guy enough.
As I live 100 mile away from this shop I looked at bikes and rang about bikes in more local stores. They weren’t very forthcoming about the options I had and told me to look up their website. 2 minutes of their time they would have been able to recommend a few robust reliable, reasonably priced options to fit the age of my kids. But they seemed to rather refer me to cheap crap on their site.
