From first entering the shop to research our cycles to receiving our purchases at home, the commitment to customers was exceptional. Having chosen the folding e- bikes with guidance from Jim, to Gareth handing over the bikes at our home within the scheduled time frame, the communication at each stage was excellent. We were given several lessons on how to fold and unfold the bikes, first in the shop when ordering, and then again on delivery. We were reassured that Summit Cycles would advise us on recommended service schedules that would keep our bikes in top condition. We have nothing but praise for this wonderful local cycle shop, with terrific products, wonderful service and a highly knowledgeable and supportive staff.

Popped in for a look around. Had a saddle fit a few years ago and not been in for a long time as we arent local. Had a chat with who I presume was the manager for ages about various things cycling related. Great customer service and a good selection of accessories. Will be back with the kids for some helmets and possibly take a look at the 16 inch kids bikes.
Very helpful staff each and every time I’ve needed a part, repair or advice. I travel to this shop passing bike shops I’ve previously used because Head for the Hills offer a superior service. Significantly, for me, is that after four years of using Head for the Hills the principle staff have not changed unlike every other bike shop I’ve used over the years.

The team at Bracknell were really welcoming and knowledgeable. In particular Mariana, she was just super. I’ve not had a retail experience like that in a long time. I felt at ease, not pressured, I completely trusted her and her advice was sound. My purchase was smooth and I was informed at every part. Honestly it was fantastic I would recommend trek to anyone who asks, specifically the Bracknell branch and Mariana. I can’t thank her enough and I look forward to going back and seeing them as my bike needs servicing.
