I had a great experience with Beyond Bikes after my Shimano EP8 motor threw up an error code from sitting unused for a few weeks. They ran a proper diagnostic, clearly explained what was going on, and got things checked over without any fuss. Matt was particularly helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with, which made the whole process straightforward and reassuring. Solid, honest service from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Beyond Bikes again.

I’ve been a happy customer for something like 10 or maybe 15 years; this is always the first place I think of if I need a bike service / repair. Honest opinions, never sell you stuff you don’t need, and quick to get stuff done.
Very prompt & professional service
The person we spoke to listened to our comments about the issues with my grandsons bicycle and gave us clear information about what was needed and how much it would cost. The work was completed more quickly than predicted with all the problems fixed.
From the 1st contact by email, with Bernie, then telephone, then instore to purchase, the service was great, good communication and plenty of advice given re bike fit and bike itself.
