Absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish i can not recommend cookson cycles enough and i have dealt with a lot of businesses over the years by far superior.
The mechanics take a very intelligent interest in the state of the bikes. They anticipate wear and tell us when replacement items will be required, order them and fit as required, keeping our bikes in good, rideable order.
