Always ready to help out with advice and fixes wether it be for me or when my kids call in on there bikes.
It would have been a 10 but the bikes wasn't ready on time. We should have had a phone call earlier to say, instead we got somebody to give us a lift to the shop to be told the bikes wasn't ready, which coat us money and time. It would have been nice to have had a reduction on our invoice.

Friendly shop that arranged an excellent ride around Didcot. The e-bike helped with the climbs up to great vistas via quiet roads, marked bike paths and some single tracks.

The staff at Beics Brenin were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The bikes we hired were excellent and the trail centre was awesome. We rode blue, red and black routes and our visit to Coed y Brenin was my highlight of our stay in Wales. You know how they say you can only tell how good a service is by how any problems are resolved? Well I had a problem and it was resolved promptly and satisfactorily. I would have no hesitation in recommending Beics Brenin and Coed y Brenin to anyone. Ten out of ten!

No question is ever to big or small for the team at Cooksons to deal with. We had a quite unique spec for the bike we wanted, which meant some extras being ordered and fitted. It was no bother for the staff.
Trek Bristol and the Trek warranty department replaced by Domane frame with a new frame and transplanted all the parts. The mudguard eyelets on the rear triangle were spinning in the frame. Excellent, prompt and expert service.
