Dealt with Ian whilst trying to find a suitable bike for my wife. He was very knowledgeable, supportive and understanding, listening to her requirements and trying to offer suitable alternatives. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, with some very competitive offers on items available in store. Unlike most other bike shops, K was able to simply walk in and drop off my bike, where most LBS require a booking to be made several weeks ahead.
