I bought a Trek electric bike in 2023 and had some charging issues.The service from the Hatfield Rd branch has always been professional and friendly.They provided me with another charger,and unfortunately that also was faulty.Once again there was no issues with them supplying a new one,which fingers crossed has done the trick.I have the bike serviced once a year,and I know they will only replace parts if it requires it.I have had experiences in the past with different bike shops,where you feel your bieng taken for a ride ( if you pardon the pun ).I am extremely happy with the service this bike shop provides and would thoroughly recommend them
