Amy and Damian were really friendly and helpful when I asked for help on my Nukeproof eBike whose motor had completely failed due to a disintegrated bearing inside. I hadn't bought the bike from them but they helped me anyway for no charge, using their contacts at Shimano to source a replacement motor at an fraction of the RRP (the motor was out of warranty). These motors are not available to the public, so without their help I really was stuck. I am extremely grateful to them both for the guidance and resolution.

Great stuff! ... Having recently purchased a new bike from Matt, I am happy to express my gratitude and praise.
At no point was I made to feel any pressure to open my wallet and make a decision. Instead Matt gave me straight forward advice and allowed me time to both ask the questions I needed and the time to process.
