Purchased a Cannondale Supersix 2, very competitive on price, but what really stood out was the quality of the service on the phone. I was able to speak to a "human" quickly and they were really accommodating with my questions and suspending delivery for a day, was just an easy verbal request.
With the ongoing AI and digitisation of companies ever pursuing cost cutting it's refreshing to deal with a company thats treats customer service as a integral part of their offer. I will not hesitate to use Wheelbase again.

Excellent service though FedEx as a delivery source are shocking. My expensive glasses were left in my front garden sticking out of a plant pot. This afternoon I asked for them to be delivered to my local shop to be collected
The products can be purchased elsewhere, but the level of service and time a guy named Luke spent with me , going over the bike fully and finishing the setting up was amazing , in a professional and very polite manner

Would highly recommend Joe Daly Cycles. Recently purchased a new Scott Addict and the staff where knowledgeable on the entire range and very honest on the pros and cons around the model I was interested in buying. Nice people too which is always a plus..
The guys at Cycle Centre were extremely helpful. I brought in my bike for a service. After examining it thoroughly, they advised me that the repairs to it would cost way more than the whole bike is worth. I was quite stressed as I rely on my bike to get around, so these kind guys offered me a second hand bike for a very reasonable price and even fixed my old mud guards on free of charge.

I called into the shop without an appointment with my partners Liv E-bike. It needed a new drive chain and also had a puncture.
Lewis, the workshop technician asked me to leave the bike for a couple of days, however when I advised I wished to take it to France with us he undertook the repairs there and then.
