The bike is excellent and I did not expect anything less.
However the customer service from the 2 lads at Trek Bicester was fantastic. They made me feel a valued customer and communication from start to finish was excellent.
I took my wife's bike in last week for a puncture repair. I did not need to make an appointment, the job was done in about half an hour, and everyone was extremely helpful.
The staff are so friendly and helpful.

When I moved into Ickenham we had two butchers, two greengrocers, a handyman-shop, a wonderful cafe called The Pelican where bread was baked every morning (from scratch) and a bike shop. Now we have no butchers, no greengrocers, no handyman-shop, no Pelican BUT we still have the bike shop. Our wonderful, brilliant very own Bikewise Ickenham bike shop. How lucky is that?
Don't suppose you want to open a butchers shop as well, do you Mark?
