The helpful advice received when I purchased an inner tube. First name removed pointed out that Inwas entitled to a discount because I had a registered account . I had bought a bike from them a fairly long time ago and had a couple of services. I had no idea I was entitled to a discount. A small matter but a massive boost to reputation for integrity.
