I don’t normally go out of my way to leave a review but above all I found from the moment I purchased the bike, the customer service I received was exceptional. I mistakenly purchased the bike without first researching the bike to work scheme but once i realised my error, I contacted trek bicycle bramhall and they made arrangements for me to be refunded and for the relevant amendments to be made in order that I could make a considerable saving on my bike. I’m really grateful for the help I received from Laurie at the store as he ensured that, despite my error there was no delay caused in my bike being delivered. I was also pleased with the care taken at the point of delivery to ensure the bike arrived in good condition and the fact that I received regular updates about the intended time of arrival as I could plan the rest of my day without having to wait around. I am so impressed with the quality of the bike and the service I received that I will definitely be ordering from trek bikes again in the future.
