Very fredly and helpful starf. After I explained my problems with my sons bike. The bike was only 7 weeks old ( bought on line) they listen. After a day of leaving the bike with them I got a call and was told they had stripped the bike down sorted my problems and charged me 1 hour labour. Trust worthy and fredly. Will 100% will use them again

From the first email to picking the bike up nothing was too much trouble. Even though I have lost count of how many bikes I have bought the staff took the time to explain everything to me and made sure i was happy before I left the shop . I went back a few days later to purchase some other bits and again very helpful. A personal touch that yiu don't get form many shops these days . So keep doing what you are doing guys I am glad I bought the bike from you .
