Good old fashioned customer service seems to be a thing of the past with the majority of businesses these days, but I'm glad to say it still exists at Wheelbase. 👍😃

The guys were sensational. Coming through town on my Brompton as part of my LEJOG I had booked my bike on for a full service on Tuesday. But then at the last minute changed that to Monday (on the Monday morning) … “no issue sir - we will get that serviced”. I asked a million questions, Nothing was too much trouble and they spent all the time I needed helping and advising on issues and potential problems. Bike for a film overhaul and is working great.

Quick delivery and great price
I took my boys bike down for repairs. Dan helped me and told me all what was needed.
When the bike was complete I picked it up and was told then that it needed more work maybe they should have told me while the work was being carried out.
