I' m sorry to say although I often come in to collect one of my family's bikes after a service or to source something and recognise the staff behind the counter, I don't know all their names.
Yesterday, I came in to the shop while on a bike ride, as the bell on my handlebar had fallen apart and was not repairable. The gentleman on the counter immediately found a similar replacement and fitted it on my handlebars, straightaway.
It was all sorted in about 5 minutes and I was back on my bike to finish my afternoon ride.
Speedy and helpful service by your staff again, much appreciated.

The team at Head for the Hills are knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I’ve bought and had several bikes serviced by the team and have always been completely satisfied. I would have no hesitation in recommending Head for the Hills if you are looking to buy a new gravel, MTB or road bike or need to upgrade or service a new bike.

A good range of stock, reasonable prices, and excellent service. I bought the bike online and within minutes I had a call back to arrange collection. I got there at the prescribed time and it was all there ready to load into the car. I did a test ride. Everything was spot on so I bought a few extras, loaded up and drove home. 10/10. *****.

I'm using the bike for a long military veterans bike ride through Belgium and Holland, and after many months of looking at your range of bikes, Steve the tea boy and another gentleman at you shop sorted me out with a very expensive second hand bike which looked to me brand new even though it's apparently four years old, i rode it it home from your shop to the other side of Bognor yesterday just over 20 miles and was very impressed with the performance, as i was with the help and knowledge from all the staff and would not hesitate to recommend your bike shop or the staff for all there help and professionalism in buying a bike.
