Was the headset had come loose in transport and wasn’t tightened by the delivery driver , which took me some time to sort out at home
Took my Specialized Levo in for a fault diagnostic, they replaced the battery free of charge, even though it was out of Warranty.

I've been cycling for over 50 years ,and I've been using Cycles UK since they were in Basildon , they've moved since then to Leigh on sea and I still use them ,even though I have other bike shops nearer,including one a five minute walk away. Good knowledgeable staff ,reliable mechanics.and a great atmosphere.
