Great range of bikes and superb shop floor staff providing in depth knowledge and advice. Also superb that when out on a ride and my wife’s bike had a brake problem they could sort it there and then. Recent bike purchase experience brilliant.

The team were sooo helpful today. They were friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I was given advice on clip in shoes and pedals set up and use. i was shown how to use them and was able to practice which gave me confidence to try myself outside :)

Always have a good range of bikes, ranging from children's to adults. Plenty of other biking gear to look through. Staff are always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.
Each time I visited the store the people were really helpful. I spoke to several. They all knew their stufff about the bikes.
Special mention to Ben who dealt with me putting in my order in a difficult situation with the store super busy.
