From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering honest, thoughtful advice while helping me plan and build my dream road bike. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Shaun was always there to help and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.
A special mention as well to Andy, the technician who built the bike. He was super helpful, approachable, and clearly takes great pride in his work. The build quality and attention to detail were excellent. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and would highly recommend Cookson Cycles.
