Knowledge and customer service
All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about bikes (and more particularly their problems).
I've had occasions where my bike is not behaving, and I've popped into Cookson and they've had a quick look at it and got me back on the road within a few minutes.
I know that sometimes you have to wait a couple of weeks before they can fit a repair in, but it's generally worth waiting for the experts to perform their magic.
Remember, Cookson Cycles have been around for a very long time, and nobody I know has a bad word to say about the quality of the service they've received from them.

If they dont have it they will find it. Well equipped service area too and they also service shocks and forks. Would definitely recommend.
