I love this store. I bought a Trek SL 6 Gen 4 Domane there as a first-time endurance bike owner, and the staff treated me like a regular from the moment I walked in. I drove three hours from Bowling Green, Kentucky just to buy a bike from a sales team that genuinely cares about their customers.
The manager stayed with me throughout the entire experience, and I truly felt like they cared about me leaving happy with my bike. They had it charged and ready to go when I arrived, greeted me at the door, and took the time to teach me about the bike, properly fit me, and even let me take it for a ride outside the store.
They also told me this was “my bike shop,” and I honestly felt like they meant it. They really do care about their customers and building lasting relationships.
It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a bike shop.

Driving to Silver Comet Trail we needed some chamois butter and we’re stuck in traffic. Called bike shop and got them to place outside of door. 6:00 was closing time. What a great way to treat customers! Thank you Jake!
