I had a bike that was delivered to me, and I did not have the foggiest as to how to put it together. Chris and Steve were very helpful. Chris came over to the apartment across the street and assembled it enough to bring it to the store so that they could complete the assembly and tune the bike up for me. It was ready in less than a day! Fantastic service, and fantastic people.

Great service and location, albeit traffic makes entry a little tricky entering the parking area. They a great job accommodating my needs on a Friday afternoon, one of their busiest times. These guys know their stuff and are Trek enthusiasts inside and out.

Everyone at the store was so helpful and nice and not only willing, but wanting to help. Super great guys all around, helped me get my first road bike all set up, helped me with fitting, taking care of the bike, even with getting my trainer set up. I prefer to pay slightly more than online prices because of how great this place is.
