Took the time to find the cause of handlebar noise and to fix the problem, bike will be a lot more enjoyable to ride now (Max). Also adjusted Kuat bike carrier pins providing significantly more stable ride on the back of my Jeep (Michael). Good advice on bike shoes so I was able to pick up a great new pair (Michael).
Great service as always! Been a customer for 10 years. Got me in and out in 20 minutes to replace the tube in my son's mountain bike. Gave it a once over and tuned the brakes as well. Super nice.

Love the Trek quality and the staff was awesome. We purchased an e bike and they took their time to demonstrate all the components and tuned the bike up after we rode for two days, without an appointment.
Michael was excellent in talking through options for both a bicycle and smart trainer. I am also considering purchasing a Wahoo treadmill, and if Michael lets me know that it is possible to purchase at the Trek Greenville store, I will be happy to purchase it there. Thank you!
Fantastic customer service
When I arrive with my bike, I am always greeted with an associate who will either address my concern in the front of the store, or escort me to the back, so one of the bike mechanics will address my concern. On my last visit, I was unable to remove my pedals as they were put on too tightly. The front store associate quickly removed my old pedals and installed my new ones and did not charge me.
Prompt, friendly, informative, they really care and help get you back out on the bike quickly!!
