I love my Trek store!! Steven never fails to take care of my bike issue whatever it is..large or small. Jeremy helped me fix my Kuat bike rack and dismantle my new Lexus backup camera. The repair shop is the best ever! Repairs are fast, thorough, and fairly priced. This is my Go-to for maintenance and repair of my bike and the first place I would consider for purchasing a new bike.

I went in to fix the brakes on my hybrid and was thrilled to receive quick service while in the store. I also ended up purchasing a new helmet and pedals - Trek offers a wide range of products, and the staff is always very helpful in making the best decision.

As always very efficient and thorough in servicing my Domane e bike.
We were greeted and asked what we needed as soon as we entered. The repair was quick. Amos was super helpful and knowledgeable about the various bikes we were interested in. Took his time with all our questions and sent us more info promptly as he said he would. It was just a great experience of great customer service.
