I always enjoy walking into Trek Chattanooga. Stephen, in Service, is always rip-roaring excited to talk about problems, and solutions, to bike woes and give great advice. The Sales team has helped me find a bike in the past and will even help load your bikes when you get them serviced there, as long as they aren’t with a customer! Jeremy and Robert are always welcome faces to see once inside. I’ve never brought either one of my four Trek bikes anywhere else. Very pleased with entire Team.

Windsor and the team at Atlanta Cycling in Roswell were great to work w/from start to finish. I brought in an older Fuji road bike along with a pile of upgrade parts and they helped turn it into a clean, lightweight build that rides incredibly well. Communication was solid throughout the process, pricing was transparent, and they took the time to walk through fitment, stem options, drivetrain condition, and overall setup instead of just rushing the job. The bike feels completely refreshed now. Definitely appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism.
