I recently bought a 3rd bike from Atlanta Cycling, but due to an injury, I couldn’t pick it up. The store manager, Bill, personally delivered it and followed up to make sure everything fit perfectly. Great service and genuine care — they’re happy to help with any adjustments later if needed!

I live 6 hours away from Trek Chattanooga, but they are hands down my preferred bike shop. The customer service and attention to detail is amazing. Whenever I’m in town I bring my bike in for maintenance. Even when they are booked out weeks in advance, they always manage to squeeze me in. Can’t say enough about these guys!

The product comes with a label of confidence and if you are an advocate of ‘you get what you pay for’, the a Trek cycle will be sure to tick that box. What I really appreciate is the service, the help you get is second to none. The staff ask the right questions, tailor made solutions are offered and the best thing… they are typically all cyclists! Tell you where to go based on your ability, set you bike up according to weight and height, nothing is too much trouble. I bought the classic Marlin 7 from Trek Spartanburg and a young man called Josh sorted me out so well. When I picked the bike up, encouraged to bring it back after a few weeks to ensure cables are tight etc. great job!
