I know this Trek team personally, and it makes every aspect of every visit/encounter a preferred experience. Recently, I had one of my bikes upgraded and tuned. I can say without a doubt that this team will have my repeat business: service level is very high, team is friendly and experienced in the industry, and the store/service department atmosphere is always enjoyable (I always overstay my welcome with chatting but would not trade the camaraderie).

Joseph is a master mechanic that shares all of his wisdom freely. He was amazing at recommending where to save money in order to make an impact on the more expensive and meaningful part replacements. Pierre understands hospitality, which is exactly what you want in a service manager. He’s the perfect glue between the customer and the AC brand. He was prompt at sending me texts, giving me updates, and explaining the long $1,000+ work order. DREAM TEAM
