I can come into the shop for minor repairs without setting up an appointment. The service technicians are very competent and recommend needed parts and services during the initial assessment.
I would like to share some constructive feedback. I should have been given an itemized printout of my service invoice. I’ve purchased 5 bikes from AC and it’s important for me to keep track of my purchase history. I asked for a breakdown of my receipt and the rep provided it verbally, but should have taken the extra step to provide a printout. That is best in class customer service in my opinion.

Visited for my son's bike tire/tube repair. Fixed it in no time within 20 mins of arrival. Very friendly, honest and accommodative while being knowledgable. I would visit again these problem solvers again, anytime my son is complaints about his bike's performance.
Came in with an issue with my rear derailleur. Was diagnosed and fixed on the spot. Major problem for me , minor adjustment for Justin. No charge! I will continue to bring all my business to this Trek Store

I stopped by to consider changing out my pedals to SPD pedals and look at shoes. Josh was fantastic at answering my questions about the pedals. Very knowledgeable and personable! I’m happy with the Shimano spd pedals and Trek road shoes I purchased.
