From the moment I walked through the door (which was opened for me!), this was an absolutely amazing experience. Matt was AMAZING! He took so much time helping me get fitted, explaining the different tiers of bikes, and answering all of my newbie questions with such wit and patience.

I worked with Matt the most, but every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind, and the energy in the store is fantastic. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and want to help people find the right fit.

Experienced staff and knowledgeable. A bike I ordered was the incorrect size, and immediately upon searching my order it was said what I truly needed. Even still, I tried a size larger based on recommendations for handlebar comfort.
I am impressed with my bicycle, and will certainly return for any services or future bicycles.
