Trek offers a nice broad offering of both products and bike services. I love the brand. But I love my local Trek store even more. The manager (Bradley) and the mechanic (Kevin) are truly exemplary professionals. They combine friendly service, yet an excellent eye towards efficiency and getting the tasks done properly--the first time! I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the Spartanburg Trek store.

Years ago I purchased a tri bike from ATL Cycling--Vinings and I've had two bike fittings. It's not the closest LBS, but I still take some of my bikes there for servicing. They're always courteous and well-staffed. Turn-around time for servicing has always been good too.

Richard was extremely helpful with all the questions my wife had regarding the advantages and differences in E-Bikes to Hybrid's to Road Bikes. So much so my wife took her first ride on a Road Bike there that Richard put together for her. I appreciate the mix of inventory on display. Also, I always bring my Trek Road Bike there for Windsor to work on, he's fantastic!!
