They serviced my bike and got it back prior to the expected date. Would be a 10 but the rep didn't think I knew about the free AC Tune-up since I bought my bike from AC. He tried to sell me on stuff I didn't need.

This was my first mountain bike purchased from trek, so I’m new to the brand. The first outing with the bike was great; the bike performed well on a on an intermediate level course and was very stable for someone having not ridden in close to 20 years.
The entire sales process was fantastic. Amy at the Greenville store was super positive and non-judgmental for somebody just getting into mountain biking, which I really appreciated. It definitely felt like a family experience.

I ordered Primo 24" tires for my wheelchair. The order was handled quickly and I was alerted via text when the order was ready for pickup. The team is super courteous and comes to my van to get the tires which eliminates the need for me to get in/out of the van. I will always use Atlanta Cycling for my tires and inner tubes.
