I was treated like a valuable customer. I informed them of my intentions to give my bike to a teenager on my street and that I needed the bike cleaned up. They made recommendations that I agreed to that saved me money. The work was timely and the result was bettwr than I could imagine.

Product wise, due to COVID smart business sense for stores not to overstock. The best part is the customer service is so good the team makes good on orders of items that are not in the store.

Feels like the staff really cares. Clay sold me my bike 2 years ago and introduced me to Riverside Riders (perfect for my riding). Pierre has worked with me on a lingering wheel/hub problem and has gone out of his way to be helpful. The staff always makes me feel valued as a customer!
Over the this bike shop has been where I go for excellent service. Last week it did not disappoint me when I went in search for my first e-bike. My sales person, Richard, an accomplished cyclist, was very knowledgeable, polite, and guided me through my selection process. When my Trek arrived in he spent at least one hour getting me properly fitted by taking exact measurement and made adjustment in the store when the bike was locked in an upright position.. Once outside he went through the bike's gearing, shifting, and visual screen options.. I made a couple of short rides and left the store a very happy and smarter cyclist. I'm Newt for Braselton.
I love the exceptional care that Atlanta Cycling takes while servicing my bike. My bike is 4 years old with hundreds of miles on it. With regular tune ups from Atlanta Cycling, it still rides like new.

Bought my 3rd Cycle. Richard (Sales), and all of the staff are really service oriented and treat you like family as you come in the store. Very knowledgeable, helpful. I have had a lot of bike repair service there they are great to have on my side. They keep me rolling as I ride hundreds of miles around the U.S.
I appreciate the friendly service and quick turnaround on items that were ordered. Always nice to receive a personal text to let you know your item(s) have arrived, and you know the person on the other end of the text message.

The mechanic on site, Steve, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. I just bought my first mountain bike used and wanted to get it tuned up. He gave me tons of helpful info as he walked me through the maintenance process, installed new pedals and even set up the suspension to ideally support my body weight. I started the visit thinking I might have to wait 2+ weeks to be trail ready, but left the same day with my bike ready to go.
