Both the technician and sale associate were able to answer all my questions and get me set up with the perfect bike.
The staff put the equipment I requested through a phone call at the front desk so my check out time was reduced. Plus he answered questions about how to put the equipment on my bike.
Amazing staff. Super knowledgeable, friendly, responsive—just great humans! And the shop typically has good inventory and if not in stock can usually get the parts quickly. Awesome that they do in-house suspension service!
