I was here for a week of riding and needed a lot of work done on day one (new Di2 cable installation, new chain, brake service). Steven, Mark and Tyler are super passionate and knowledgeable and were able to help right away, even though the store was closing in 20 min. For the Di2 work they were able to accommodate an appointment the next business day - and when I got my bike back they looked at all the other stuff as well, called me and told me about it before proceeding to tune it up. After 2-3h it was ready, and it felt like I bought a new bike!

The items are priced competitively and what I was looking for (bike computer) was available and there was also a good selection there. The staff is also very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with offering thoughts on what I may need in the future.
The team at the Roswell location is friendly and helpful. The service for my bike was great. I do feel like this group tries to get to know the customer. This is helpful in understanding what the customer really wants rather than trying to push them in a direction that isn't helpful. I have missed my old bike shop and cycling in general. I feel motivated to get back in action thanks to this location.
