I've owned a number of Trek bikes and like the brand and our local Trek shop. I ride a lot, and that means repairs beyond what I am comfortable doing myself. Trek Greenville always does a great job.

Had my bike shipped down for IM 70.3 Chattanooga. Not only was it reassembled, but cleaned and adjusted to perfection. Unbelievable customer service. Can't recommend enough!!! Thank you for a great experience

We shipped our bike to this shop for the Ironman 70.3.
Stephen (or Steven?) at the shop was AMAZING! He communicated very well, thee guys at the shop did a great job putting the bike together can checking for any damage or changes made while in shipment. They even topped off our batteries to full power!
Most importantly they made us feel important, like real people, and not just another bike they had to put together for a pay check. I can't say enough good things about this shop, and Stephen specially.

Service staff was helpful and nice. They serviced my bike after it had been unused for a few years. They realized a previous bike shop had put on the incorrect part on my bike. Really grateful that they realized this and my bike rides much better now! Service staff was very nice and helpful.
The folks at Atlanta Cycling make it so easy to do business with them. I can pop in for minor tweaks to my bike often at no charge and I trust that when they tell me it’s time for a tuneup and repairs the need is genuine. They’ll continue to be my go to bike shop.

10/10- every other bike shop could learn a thing or two from you guys.
Very knowledgeable. They pointed us to the right product, even though they didn't have it in stock and told us where we could find it elsewhere since they did not know when they were gonna get more in. That's a class act.! I ended up buying a handlebar mirror which I needed, but I did it more in response to the fact that the guy was very cool about admitting they didn't have what we wanted and telling us the exact sku I want to look for
Employees are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They give great suggestions and recommendations based on my personal riding needs and wants.
