Was on vacation and had travelled with my bike. When I put it together, discovered there was a front brake rub that I could not figure out. Took it in to the shop at 10am and despite the team having quite a bit to do, they had my bike ready with a bleed in less than an hour. I was back out the door and soon on an epic ride up Mt Signal and beyond.
Throughout the entire process, I spoke with three individuals in the store and they were unanimously, concerned, thoughtful and helpful.
Were I the owner of the Trek store, I would find each interaction I had as EXACTLY what you could want in a customer service experience.

First, your shop was very welcoming. As it was my first time visiting your shop, it appeared to have most everything an avid cyclist would need. You answered all my questions. I like how one of your repair stations was out in the open rather than hidden behind the counter where no one can see what's being done to your bike.
Everyone at the store has been very helpful from helping us get the right bikes for us to maintaining them. They even told us about some places to ride we didn't know about. Love going here

I have always had a pretty good experience at trek. This past time it took a very long time. A couple of mistake were made in the beginning I don’t know by who, but Justin tried his best to do what he could for me service, products and price wise. I have 2 trek so I’ll probably be back.
