Upon arriving, a service advisor came out and remove bicycle from vehicle. Upon inspecting bicycle, tire and inner tube required being replaced. I was informed they complete repair while waiting, parts were replaced and on my way in about (20) minutes. Thank you for your prompt and courteous customer service.

Very helpful customer service on the phone to discuss inventory. Even sent pictures of the bike I was interested in. Upon arriving to the shop, they were very friendly and helpful. Made sure the bike was the right size for my son, ensured tires had enough air, put oil on the chain, etc. my son loves the bike and I thought the price was fair.
AC Vinings had the bike I was looking for and they set it up complete and accurately. They team at AC Vinings is great and very helpful. Matt was specifically helpful with bike fit and answering specific questions I had about the bike and accessories. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking into purchasing a bike.

First thank you for helping me out in a bind! Friday evening at 5:15pm we discovered my son's back tire was flat and wouldn't take air. He had a race in Acworth Saturday morning and had to be up there at 8am. I called and you all said that I could bring it in, we live less than 5 minutes from the store. Brought it in and thankfully it was a simple tube repair. Not only that you made sure his bike was ready to race. Which he did very well on. Thank you. Every time I go in I always feel welcome whether there are 10 other customers or just me. And you always help me to understand what needs to be done and how to take care of our bikes.
