Most recently, I purchased an Aventon eBike for my wife. Ramon in sales took the time to carefully walk us through the options so we chose the right model and accessories, including a specific car carrier that fit our needs. When the bike was delivered, Ramon and the team installed the carrier and thoroughly showed my wife all the features and how to use them so she felt confident right away.

We brought my husbands gazelle e bike in for front brake fluid refill. They said they would check pads also. When we picked it up, not only had the tech discovered an incorrect part on husbands bike which prevented full pad engagement, but put the correct part on, new pads front & rear, added the magnet on the wheel to clock mileage & gave us a replacement tie down for our Kyat rack which had split! Your tech is really thorough & knowledgable about bikes! This was such wonderful service! We have found our bike shop! We are new to SC & are really grateful to have found such a great shop with really good techs!!!

Kevin, in service, is my hero. Front tire was flat. He evaluated the stem and found out there was a small hole in the tube. Inspected the lining. Also inspected my tire and confirmed it was just fine. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I always come to you guys with my bike needs and every time you exceed my expectations. Kevin was great and helped open the door when I left. Hope you had a nice bike outing in Summerville this weekend. John Earwood
