Great guys at this shop! I dropped a bike off to be built and they told me a few days to get to it but they had it done a few hours after dropping it off. Highly recommend this place! Been around for 50 years apparently!

I visited the shop for the first time to have my son's bicycle checked and have a flat tire and the gears repaired. Since it was my first visit, I was a bit anxious, not knowing what to expect regarding the repair costs. However, the moment I stepped through the door, a mechanic named Windsor greeted me so kindly that I immediately felt at ease. I was also surprised to find that the final bill was much lower than I had imagined. It was a truly wonderful bike shop, and I look forward to recommending it to my friends.

Knowledgeable team that got me on the perfect bike. I went to the Roswell store to see a different bike that they had in stock. After working with them they suggested I try a few others and led me to my ultimate choice. The bike they recommended was much less expensive and I am extremely happy.

I was visiting the Chattanooga area for several days and brought my Trek Emonda along to get a taste of the hills here. Mountain Rd in Soddy Daisy certainly didn't disappoint on Friday or Saturday, other than a noisy bottom bracket when I had to get out of the saddle on some of the steeper sections. I decided to ride the 30 miles to Trek Store Chattanooga on Monday morning to see if the service department could take a look at it, or better yet, get me back on the bike before the end of the day. Mattie and Dave (if memory serves me correctly), did everything they could to figure out what was going on. Sadly, it turns out that it is likely a mechanical flaw in the BB and I will have to have my local bike shop in Florida submit the warrantied part once I get home. Thanks a million for trying, guys! See you the next time I visit - or move here for some more super climbing.
