I was able to call and speak to someone at the store and ask questions about a bike. Bradley found the bike I was looking for and pulled it for me since I was driving up from about 40 min away. They were able to check my fit and let me do a test ride to make sure things were good. Bradley answered all my questions, set me up with the accessories I needed and got those installed on the bike. I’d been at two other shops over the last week and this was my best experience. I already recommended this shop to my brother who is a MTB rider. Thanks for the great value and service!

Great service with knowledgeable and friendly staff
Josh was very helpful. He listened to what I wanted out of a bike and took into consideration my budget. He never made me feel stupid for asking some basic, simple questions. He showed me a variety of options and steered me away from others that wouldn’t suit me. Once I decided on a bike, he took extra time to help with some accessories like a helmet, gloves and basic starter tools. Josh was awesome! The store overall had a lot to look at and all employees appeared to actually like what they do. I will always go back for all my bike needs.

I had the most positive bike shop experience at Atlanta Cycling! I took my triathlon bike in for a check up and found out that what looked like a scratch on my frame was actually a crack in the carbon fiber. I was devastated as I have only had my bike (purchased from the manufacturer) for 9 months. As I needed to have a functioning bike before travel at the end of the week (as a USAT Paratriathlon alternate for Paris), Bill at Atlanta Cycling jumped into action. He contacted the company and submitted a warranty claim, calling and checking back with them many times over the next couple of days. We got the new frame just in time for the shop to rebuild the bike before my departure. I cannot thank Atlanta Cycling enough for going so far above and beyond to help me!
