Chris, in repair, was great! I needed a few things done on my bike, live in Canton, and only had one open day to get the work done. I called late that morning to see if the shop could even get me in. Chris said he would do his best. Got there about 1:30, took him about 15 minutes to look the bike over, identify needed work and parts, and give me an estimate. Told me he’d try to have it done by 5:00. I found a sports bar, worked at my computer for something more than an hour. The work was done, the cost was as estimated, the bike had been cleaned up, and he explained the work.
Just finished my first ride since the work (42 miles), and the bike rides great!

I scheduled a routine annual maintenance check on our 2 Trek e-bikes on Monday. Tuesday, we rode the bikes to the store and were greeted by the Trek team right away. While the mechanic worked on the bikes, we shopped and had lunch nearby. All done in less than an hour and smooth shifting on the ride home!

I’ve been going to the Spartanburg location they’re always very helpful. I have bought five bikes there for my sons and me … and they also have worked on another bike that I bought before then help me put a dropper post new suspension on it. Everything was great.
Gerry & your entire staff are very customer oriented and go out of there way to help you. Bought (2) bikes. Was a great experience! Love both of my FX bikes. There a joy to ride. When I've brought them in for tire replacement or adjustment, Gerry, Justin and other staff take care of you immediately. Staff also very knowledgable & have provided excellent recommendations for bike accessories, and tire replacements.

The staff is amazing! They have been so helpful in guiding and teaching me about cycling and bike maintenance as I join the community. Despite issues with ordering products and scheduling maintenance the staff is always super responsive to making sure any issues are amended. I can’t express how much I enjoy working with them.
