I absolutely love how friendly, knowledgable and accommodating the staff are at this store! Whenever I’ve spontaneously brought my bike in for service, I’ve been greeted at the door by a service member and asked what’s going on my with my bike. I’m usually surprised by a quick diagnosis and on the spot tune-up and sent back out with my bike, something which I have never experienced at other bike shops in the area. I recently had the Pro Tune service on my Trek and was ecstatic with the results, much needed new parts and basically looking and operating as new.

My wife and I love our Trek bikes! She has the Rail and I have the Slash. Stephen, the head tech at our Chattanooga shop, is the reason we bought Trek bikes. He takes such amazing care of us and our bikes. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about the work he does. One of the key selling points was having free maintenance for the bikes. Stephen is always there to help.

I know this Trek team personally, and it makes every aspect of every visit/encounter a preferred experience. Recently, I had one of my bikes upgraded and tuned. I can say without a doubt that this team will have my repeat business: service level is very high, team is friendly and experienced in the industry, and the store/service department atmosphere is always enjoyable (I always overstay my welcome with chatting but would not trade the camaraderie).
Bay assisted me to buy the perfect fit for a bike and after that, any accessories I needed for riding! Excellent friendly service every time I enter the store,! He even let me know of a great new trail!

More importantly, the customer service I received from Keelan, Bill, and the entire team was exceptional. I truly felt like a valued client rather than just another customer. They went above and beyond in such a genuine, thoughtful way that it really stood out. That kind of sincerity is a rare and wonderful thing these days.
