I haven't been biking regularly in 30 years, and so much in the bicycle world has changed. I went to Trek because of their fit guarantee and service. They made good on my bike fit, changing out my bike for a larger model in the first 30 days. My complimentary 30 day check was amazing in thoroughness, information (complete walk through) and all done with a smile. I love the bike I got and would buy another bike here when in the market.

Hands down the best Trek store from Alabama Tennessee and Georgia and I've been to Trek stores in each state. The service, knowledge and customer focus at this store is so good, in fact I drove 2 hours to bring my bike there to be serviced after having only been there once before 3 years ago and the service is still the same. The other Trek stores are so high minded , if not condescending, that interpersonal skills are not evident. Only one other store comes close and that is Tuscaloosa. Condescension runs off younger customers--your future revenue source. People will want a great bike but should not be made to feel as if they need Bill Gates money and a working knowledge of nuclear physics to enter the store.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that greets you at the front door when you walk in. They are willing to help with any issue. There are very good with bike repair and their services are reasonably priced.
There are many very good bike shops who provide excellent service to their customers, but the only bike shop that I know is, Trek Store Greenville, because they have always delivered a superior product and their service to the customers is second to none. I have never had to think about seeking another bike shop.
Always helpful and friendly. Everyone has always been understanding as a newer rider.
