The hardworking, friendly folks at Trek Bike Store Greenville do an excellent job servicing my mountain bike each and every time I take it there - a couple times a year.
I've been very happy with everyone here in Roswell since this became my bike shop when I bought my bike here last spring (a Trek Domane that still brings me joy every time I even see it!). I get helpful advice, suggestions, and tech support, with no pressure. When I spend my $ on cycling (chain wax set up, chains, tires, tools, my new pocket-size electric tire pump,...) I'm glad to do it here.

Great store with friendly & knowledgeable staff! As a newbie, who is also a woman over 50, I was more than a little nervous & intimidated when I first went to the shop. But Paul, David, Justin & everyone else were so friendly, helpful & nonjudgemental that my fears were very quickly put to rest. So thankful to have such great place with this great crew locally!

(2) Can have service completed in a day or two for basic maintenance.
(3) Staff member kindly offers to take bike to customer’s vehicle.
(4) An estimate is given at time of service dropoff.
