The quick response to your questions and needs
The entire staff at this Trek store is incredible . They went above and beyond to assist me in a time crunch situation . At 3;30 on Friday I brought my bike in for what I thought would be an easy fix. Fortunately while looking over the entire bike a crack in my rear frame was discovered. Since my ride was beginning early the following morning I thought it was going to be a no go. As I had traveled all the way from Rhode Island just to ride , the guys in this shop weren’t going to let that happen. In the end they let me borrow a great , new bike so I could accomplish my ride .
They also connected with the shop that I purchase bike 8 years ago in order to file claim with Trek. In the end I completed my 80 mile ride and Trek has provided a credit to be applied towards a new bike . Huge cudos to this shop.
