I was greeted by the staff at the door. They offered to help me take my bike out of my truck. I explained why I was there and was immediately taken care of. At every stage of my bike’s repair I was informed. I asked many questions and I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism and knowledge. I would recommend if you want to purchase a bike or need work done, this the best place!

I use the Trek Chattanooga store. I typically interact with Jeremy, Robert in sales and Stephen and Matt and David in service. The entire afore mentioned staff is EXTREMELY attentive and friendly. Not only do the address the reason why I might be going to the store, but while I am there, we end up having even longer friendly, neighborly conversations. They are truly invested and interested in knowing how me and my family are doing.
But where this store really excels, in my opinion, is their service department. Stephen and his team are extremely dedicated, attentive, courteous and their work is always very well done.
The most recent example I can offer is I walked in with a broken dropper post on my mountain bike, I walked the bike in expecting to drop it off and pick up at a later date, but Stephen assessed the problem, fixed it on the spot and sent us on our way so that we can ride for the weekend...it was a new bike and Stephen knew my son was excited to ride it so he made sure he took care of the problem.
We are always greeted at the door by them and I also see them in our community and they are always just as friendly out in the community as they are in the store.
The managers and salespeople were excellent. Trek is quality product and we were able to gain knowledge we needed about the bike very easily which resulted in a sale.
Service is a 10+.
Very helpful salesperson. He related well to my 6-year-old grandson and took personal interest in pleasing him and the adults making the purchases.
