Our technician, Carlos, is excellent. He understands the multifaceted areas around our building and Campus. He deals with Sister Residents, Students and Staff etc. with respect and kindness. The only issue we have is when he is not available and a sub comes to perform the regular work.

The representative that services my First name removed, Johnny Rivera, is outstanding. He does awesome work, is excellent with communicating his findings with management, and it's always a pleasure when he is in the First name removed. He is a great person and he deserves recognition.

We need something more upgraded and would actually works for our restaurant's, there was rat dropping on our counter tops, little roaches running around. We have to maintain a healthy environment for our customers.
