Anytime we call they are always there to help and there services are excellent

I was informed that the technician who was coming could pull out my stove to apply traps and check for holes. I explained to representative that I had a problem with my hand and could not do so. I am an elderly widow and could not do this. He stated that yes it could be done. When the tech arrived he refused and also did not want to complete what the contract called for. It was not a great experience.
Great customer service and really strong and honest in the approach to identifying and treating bed bugs. Your K9s are amazing workers, and grateful for their reliability!

The tech. was very knowledgeable, professional and very cooperative. GREAT JOB
I give my regular/routine technician a 10! My regular service technician does a thorough job. He literally goes through the building, he checks, replaces all the the traps as needed. He provides advice to prevent infestations, and takes pride in what he does. I really appreciate it.
The other technicians who cover for him while he is on vacation or out. I would rate a 2 they generally run through the building like it was on fire.
What we like the most is always dealing with the same tech.
I have found the team to be highly professional in their approach.
Service technicians have all been very nice and very attentive. They take the time to explain what they have found on their walk through of our facility and any action that needs to be taken.

Faster service
Service is on a schedule. Technician are friendly yet professional
Please make sure the technician arrives during the scheduled time slot and not when he/she feels like it. As a property owner I need to be home when a technician arrives since I am the decision maker for my household, not my tenants. I'm glad one if my tenants was home to give the technician access the first time, but during the follow up visit the technician came outside of the time slot they were supposed to which means I wasn't home to meet them for the follow up. This is unacceptable. Do better.

We have been trying to reach you regarding our Lantern Fly infestation for two days now and no one has responded to us.
At the outset the service was spotty. If rating you, i'd give you a 4 or 5 max.
When Freddy entered the picture, the service level improved dramatically. After 3+ hours of investigation, he was able to determine where the moths were continuing to breed.
This level of persistence was missing in the initial service. I am still trying to understand why i was charged $1,100 2x for the service, which seems quite excessive to me.
