The service and personnel are excellent, very professional, punctual and courteous. The findings are communicated in a short period of time which provides a Landlord or a Management company the ability to remedy the situation immediately.

Charles works well with us and he's dependable and pleasant. Tiffany has been very helpful in making sure we are accommodated when needed. I have never had a problem with staff.
Overall the service in my unit was pretty good, but I am disappointed in a few things: Jason was supposed to email me pictures that he took of my bathroom vanity with an explanation of a repair that needed to happen and why they couldn't spray the foam in that area. He never did even though I provided my email address. Then I called the next day and left a message about this, no on ever call me back. I need this to come from him or Assured so I can forward it on to my building management company so it is coming from a third party and not me. Very annoyed that he said he would email those pictures and the write up and he did not. Also, no one has called or email to schedule the follow up appointment that is supposed to be tomorrow, Friday June 27, from 1-5. Lastly, my signature was forged on the service report, and it says there are no open conditions. There are a handful of open conditions, including the bathroom vanity issue. Also, I have seen even more mice since the inspection last Friday, including one the next day, and then one yesterday. I see evidence of them every single day and they are running under my fridge. There are more holes that need to be filled when they come back, and more areas that need to be checked. The problem is not yet under control, and it is disgusting.

I requested a K9 for a bedbug inspection in an apartment via email. No one resounded to my request. Very disappointing. I reached out to another company and they came.
