We still don't understand why some restrooms are not included in the monthly service.
Hi -
I have been a customer for several years and I currently have three buildings under your care. None of the buildings have ever had major issues so the service was more to have the assurance in rare instances I do have a minor pest issues.
For the first few years the service was excellent!
- We would receive advance notification of when to schedule each quarterly treatment
- The customer service was very helpful.
- The technicians would always make each scheduled appointment and were very friendly.
- If I had any issues between treatment the contract allowed for me to have another treatment. I rarely used this but it was perfect given I didn’t have any major issues.
In the last six months or so the service has become very disappointing.
- I don’t always receive advance notice of a quarterly treatment but I always receive the bill, even if nothing gets treated.
- When I call customer service the call center employee can never help directly with scheduling appointments, answering questions, etc. He takes a message and I usually receive a call back one or two days later.
- When I recently called to report a minor issue between treatments I was told the issue was not covered and I only have coverage for two pests which I have never had issues with.
- I recently was scheduled for a treatment and the technician only came to treat one out of three apartments, even though all three occupants were home. When I called to ask about it I was told they would charge me again to come out and treat the other two apartments.
Bottom line there have clearly been some recent changes. It would be good to receive a written notification of the changes. I assume you are trying to steer customers to a different service offering but clear terms would make it easier for customers to understand the changes and what our options are.
Very professional, on time with excellent experience and knowledge, highly recommended.

Service was excellent from start to finish. My account rep was in constant communication with our location and he made sure that the workers knew where to go. The workers did an excellent job of cleaning our warehouse and they did it in a timely fashion.

My technician Luis is well trained and very professional. He takes care of my building thoroughly.
Everybody was very responsive. Whatever building requirements needed addressing to approve their arrival they took care of quickly.

It’s weird that that account manager and the monthly maintenance person don’t communicate about our account. We do 2 clean out services a year and 2 monthly maintenance services. The tech and my account manager dont treat pest control the same so who’s to say we are doing the right kinds of treatments in our office ? I also still have major pest sitings regardless of how much treatments I’m doing. It’s actually embarrassing because our employees will always post when they see a roach or water bug in our office on our update channel for everyone in the company to know we have a pest problem (8000 employees worldwide). Despite me following all recommendation’s… installing door sweepers, foaming all the holes we can (considering office layouts). I know it is hard to have no pests in nyc during the warmer months but I don’t have the same pest issue I have 6 blocks down in the same neighborhood. I honestly can’t recommend this company because as far as the employees are concerned, our company of choice is not doing a good job at controlling our pest issues.
