You guys used to be great, great service , but I have no idea I what happened, no more scheduling visits, your guys just show up at the door, nobody is here no rescheduling of the appointment, I sent e-mails no answers, I allied really bad service, what in haven happened to you? Did you go bankrupt ? Did you change owner? Did youn change CEO, policy of work envoryoment? I’m about to write a really frustrated review about your services and of course go shop for other company, enough is just enough. The only positive think I have to say is that Jason, my service guys is a sweetheart, and I believe he is leaving… that alone is a big red flag !!!
We especially appreciate that this company is very reactive. When we reach out for a problem, they always come same day.

To send someone to my building for an emergency it would have taken you guys 3- 4 days. I reached out to another exterminator and he was here that day. Emergency should be dealt with quickly. Unfortunately you guys are not responsive anymore. Servicing my building for a long but not any more. The exterminator that used to come name Danial 5 stars all around was fantastic. unfortunately head office was not.
