My technician Hithier is extremely professional, thorough, and respectful of my property. He consistently does a wonderful job and takes great care while working in and around my home. I especially appreciate that he always checks in and asks if I have had any concerns or noticed anything since his last visit. That level of attentiveness and communication makes a big difference and gives me great confidence in the service. It is clear that he takes pride in his work, and it truly shows.

We are not provided with the names of the employees who will be performing the extermination service in advance, which makes it difficult to register them with building security ahead of time. We would prefer to have the same technician consistently handle the service, so we do not have to repeatedly familiarize new personnel with the layout of the affected areas in the office.
Additionally, the extermination treatments do not appear to be fully effective, as pests are still sporadically present—particularly in the bathrooms and kitchen. For example, we continue to see large water bugs, especially during the warmer months. That said, we understand that responsibility cannot rest entirely with Assured Environment, as our buildings are located in a pest-prone environment like New York City. This is a citywide issue, not just a KekstCNC problem.
Nevertheless, this is our honest feedback regarding the service. Thank you in advance for your understanding and for taking our concerns into consideration.
