Very quick response time. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable regarding how to treat the problem. I highly recommend their services.

Jason Rolon (your technician) came to my unit for my follow-up service.
He informed my father (who was at the unit) that the work performed by the first technician, who came last week, was completely unacceptable. The first technician applied sealant improperly and in areas that would be ineffective. The work performed by the first technician was ineffective in addressing my problem.
The second technician did not perform any work. He informed my father that instead, a contractor would be required to come and seal the impacted areas, an issue that should have been raised before any work was performed on my unit.
I appreciate the honest assessment of the second technician. I am disappointed in this result and to know that your company is unable to perform service on my unit. Instead I am now faced with additional costs to bring in a contractor to undo the foam sealant and address the real issue which was missed.
I trusted your team's expertise to deliver a solution. Given the circumstances, I believe a refund is warranted for the work, which unfortunately did not provide value or address the issue as expected. This is also leading to additional delays in not being able to adequately inhabit my home.
I hope you will take this into consideration and work with me on a fair and timely resolution.
