The technicians can be inconsistent. Some are very good and go through everything. Some are lazy and half do the work. Also I am still waiting for someone to come and treat the drain flies at West 78th St since the last person didn’t do it with the quarterly treatment

Carlos is professional, exhibits clear expertise in his field, extremely responsive to emails and very reliable. The team at Assured really goes beyond just being another pest control company, they make you feel like your their #1 customer all the time. We have had two Food Safety Days where we asked Assured to participate and without hesitation they came and represented their company and shared information with our employees on pest management.
