Our exterminator is always so wonderful and professional!
I have no complaints about the service people who come here, but I had hoped that Assured would do more than just remove old traps for rodents and insects and put down new ones on both floors. If I want to, I can do that myself, and, as Assured never leaves me with extra glue traps, I still need to buy some for myself to fill in when the Assured traps are full..

Our pest control tech is Sanjay and he is amazing. He is such a pro - has years of experience and expertise, is friendly and legitimately cares about any issues that come up as sometimes do when seasons change and because we are street-leve, store-front operation with a back door that leads to an apartment building's patio and very large garden. We have also hired Assured to do pest inspections that fall out of the scope of our regular service, and those have been handled just as professionally and completely as everything, such as having to deal in an animal-friendly way with pigeons nesting on our window sills. We have had to inspect for bed bugs - thankfully we have always tested negative, but their K9 animal, a Beagle named Bailey, is so good at her job. Highly recommend Assured for all kinds of pest control.

I have asked for prior notification for site treatments for at least 2 years, which I never have received. I need this to be able to schedule support accordingly. The technician just shows up & calls me that they are here. This is totally unacceptable & I am very tired of it. If it was up to me I would change Vendors.
