The office is responsive and helpful with scheduling. Our technician Rasheem is always friendly, reliable, helpful and communicative. He listens to our feedback and adjusts the treatment accordingly. He is respectful of our space and accommodating when clients are around. 10/10 service.

COME ON TIME AND DATE SCHEDULE
Your company has repeatedly failed to adhere to the scheduled service times. On multiple occasions, technicians have arrived late without any prior notification or courtesy call to advise of the delay.
Additionally, when technicians do arrive, the level of service provided has often been minimal and does not meet expectations. While the technician himself is knowledgeable and performs his work professionally, there appears to be a lack of management support, communication, and overall customer service from the company.
Improved scheduling, timely communication, and stronger customer support would greatly enhance the overall service experience.

The service has been great: cordial, considerate, professional, and detailed. The only reason the score isn't higher is because I haven't had a condition to report that required more than normal monthly service. The monthly visits keep everything in check, so I haven't seen the company have to deal with a situation, so I can't evaluate the company on infestations, invasions, or other pest outbreaks.
