Good service
The chips are a disaster. Cutting them thinker totally changes them. They don’t taste the same. They may have been cutting them wrong for eternity because they taste better. Wish you’d go back. We used to eat here weekly and sometimes more but being in a chip lover and the fact you can’t find them many places anymore, I’m still not willing to pay $9 for chips that are sub par.

Almost every time I order from here I don’t get everything I ordered and have to go back in to get it. This time they didn’t give me my celery or a fork, but I didn’t go back in. With the way the food costs everything should be in there. They didn’t put marinara in my order for mozzarella sticks before. One time I ordered a garden salad with no green peppers or tortilla crunchies and it had both on it.
They just can’t get the wings cooked right. If you ask for crispy they give you extra crispy. If you don’t say crispy they give you under cooked wingd
Been a while since we’ve been here, really enjoyed the meal & beverages, service was excellent!!! Thanks for having us back, can’t remember what turned us off, last couple of times, but glade we revisited!
The concept of Eadt Coast Wings is good. Our local one is way underperforming due directly to poor service and poor quality of cooking the meals. My son loved the Mac & cheese at one point, and I was ordering it visiting numerous times a week. Then service starting being poor, even carry out, every time we get home items are missing despite leaving a tip. Last night’s order had us receive pretzels with no honey mustard sauce and missing at two ranch sauces. We have stopped calling back in and just will stop using this restaurant. We wanting to celebrate our sons achievement approx 1.5 weeks ago and had to go get the bartender to serve out table and take the payment after waiting an excessive amount of time on a school night and our server just disappeared for over an hour. Our child was falling asleep. When we first started going there the Mac & cheese would come out in the cast iron skillet with a completely covered cheese sauce that would be pool and boiling with mozzarella garnished on top. It was amazing. Now, it comes out dry and not saucy and our child has not ate it the last two times we ordered it. We wanted to make this our local place but it has just been disappointment after disappointment and from our recent visits it appears this location will not be around much li get because the community seems to be speaking clearly from their wallets. Probably would be a good ideal to not have employees just hanging around outside on phones and visiting with groups of peers that are not customers. It is sad because the actual food should be a hit, especially in this area. The issues seems like leadership from the top with a huge lack of accountability and poor quality of staff who comes in contact with the public. I do not know if the pay is too low but the quality wait staff we liked over the summer just disappeared after a month or so and the replacements have never been close to the same quality. I hope someone is listening and can turn this place around but from where I see it right now this location will be closed within a year.

The manager Dee, came to check to make sure everything was great, as she always does. Jessie, Darius & Maria all took part in serving me & insuring my meal was to my satisfaction. Great team & great food!
Inventory...out of boneless wings 🥲
We ordered virgin bang bang as one of our flavors, and we couldn't tell what flavor it was because there was so little sauce. The sauce only tasted slightly sweet with hardly any flavor at all, and was definitely not creamy. One of the chicken wings was also like a drumette without the stick, with mostly sinew and fat. One that should have definitely been thrown out instead of served.
Carry out order was correct, young lady confirmed order visually, and it was on time.
Our server was Sarah and she was great! Food was fresh and hot. It was also tasty.

I placed a delivery order. My food was not correct and of course no one at the restaurant really cared. I was told I could come back to the restaurant to pick up my missing food. If that was an option then I wouldn't have had the food delivered in the first place. I was at work

A member of our party complimented one of her tattoos (a heart) and she shared her testimony about Christ. It was nice after the tragedy earlier in the day to be with like-minded individuals who love the Lord.
