How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We love east coast but recently the quality just isn’t what it used to be. The wings were very fatty and left an unpleasant texture. We normally get hot with the mango habanero but we ordered medium this time because they were too spicy the last time. Even with the medium my lips and tongue was on fire. This isn’t always the case, sometimes it’s good and we have no complaints. I think it’s a hit or miss depending on who’s in the kitchen that day.

Never have to worry about the service we are provided with. Top notch from arrival time to check out. Great wait staff from Shawney the bartender to the servers. They are always on top of things. Food is always delivered in a timely manner and quality is excellent.

WE both got really sick after eating the chicken wrap and chicken tenders. barely made it home before getting sick and was up all night sick.
