It was my first time having food from this restaurant. The price was great for what I ordered. But when I got my meal it was missing items after I had to wait almost a extra 15 mins after my pick up time for my order. Since the bag was sealed I didnt think I would have to break it up to check to make sure everything i paid for is in the bag especially having to wait.when there was no one in the restaurant only two people at the bar.

These were the worst wings I have every gotten from East Coast, I ordered Honey Barbaque Hot. The sauces were not mixed then applied, looks like they were just poured into the to-go box and bag (what a mess). A lot of the wings had broken bones with jagged edges. I picked these up on my way home from work, if I lived closer I would have returned the pathetic order.

Hamburgers, wings and salads are great, service is great, environment is great. What's not to like?
Service was fine, but the dry rub wings were overcooked and the chips were undercooked. Quality control is key to keeping customers who have multiple choices in town for in the fare you serve.
The food was delicious, we were greeted by 3 different staff members, and our waitress was very attentive.
Missing items (carrots, celery, dressings), soggy fries, bad chicken tenders (they made me physically sick to my stomach).
Service was great as always that's why we always get a table at the bar. She takes great care of everyone. My husbands chicken wrap was hot and good but my chicken ternders were cool and our chips were cold. But since the service is good we didn't say anything she was busy. So a little disappointed in the food but the service was great.

Wings are always great! Ordered carry out for our extended family and the food was ready fast. Everyone was happy with everything we ordered!

Food was good and service was quick
I had ordered curbside but ran next door to the grocery store before picking up. When I pulled up to East Coast, there were no to-go spots so I parked along the curb and ran in. The girls at the front were extremely busy but still friendly and showed me my food to make sure it was correct before leaving.
