the new server was very very pleasant and the food consistent
I got bad salads not fresh and got 5 piece fried chicken tenders they look like they cut a 3 piece meal to make 5 small chicken strips and bits and pieces which menu says jumbo tenders also not fresh , batter coating was very hard returned it second one same way this was around evenings time we ate at king NC location later its very good salads were fresh and tender's fresh and correct size Mt airy nc location didn't use to be bad but i won't be going back for awhile
Wings I got last night were overcooked and tough. Very Disappointed.

Food always good
Always love ECWG food and it did not disappoint, but our waitress was the star at our most recent visit! Pleasant and the perfect balance of checking on our table without it being intrusive!
Food and service were great. Restaurant tables, benches and decor are feeling a little old, though.
On Feb 17 2026 around 3pm a vehicle backed into our 2018 Subaru Outback, damaging the rear bumper, the rear driver side quarter panel, the rear backside radar sensing instrument, $6,000 damage, two weeks to repair. The other driver did not leave a note or claim responsibility. We were enjoying a late lunch at 2pm while your Rewards group was having a focus group lunch. We enjoy East Coast Wings and the rewards membership. However the uninsured accident left a sour taste and we won't be returning as frequently or parking in the back lot next to the lane connecting the businesses on Country Club. We don't know if your camera caught the vehicle who hit our blue Subaru Outback but we would like that rascal to know he caused six thousand damage. We are having Flow Repairs do the bumper and electronics replacement. Otherwise we had a pleasant experience at the restaurant to celebrate Chinese New Year which was made more memorable by my wife gashing her thigh on the broken panel when we were exiting in our garage. Boo hoo.
I get the fried chicken fingers. No one makes them better than East Coast Wings, and at a reasonable price.
When you enter right when you open, 2nd table seated and you are still waiting after the 5th group sits. You advise your food needs get the food advised not what you said oh sorry nothing we can do. We’ve been here three times each time it gets worse. Actually had to tell them my account number but nobody seems to care or know.

My daughter and I love coming to ECW in Mocksville. Service is good and we enjoy Cheyenne being our server. She's so friendly and knows how to provide great customer service. We never have to remind her. Food is delicious and pretty much comes out the way it should every time. You definitely need to make it a point to dine at ECW!

This ECW location on N. Main Street in High Point always does a good job! Friendly staff including Brandon, Zach, DeLyn, Nicole, Edwin and Chloe do a good job!

I had never been there before and
the server made recommendations and described the menu items that I asked about and all of the flavors, (there's so many flavors) so I was unsure. She helped me decide and I could not have been more satisfied! The tenders were perfect and crispy, the homemade chips were soooo good!
I'll definitely be going back, as a matter of fact I've already been back twice, and brought my coworkers!, none of us even knew the place was there, but we do now!
Food was terrifis as was the service!
